Listings
Free listings stay free. A listing is not an endorsement. Featured is a paid, clearly labeled placement: $49/month per city, max 3 firms per city. The founding rate of $29/month is for the first 25 inspectors and stays locked for as long as the subscription stays active. Property manager plans: free up to 5 units, $29/month up to 50 units, $79/month unlimited. It never changes rule text.
Billing, cancellation & credits
We email before each renewal. Cancel any time in one click. Your spot stays live until the end of the paid period with no further charges. Bad leads (wrong contact, out of area, duplicate) are credited automatically.
60-day lead guarantee
If a new Featured subscription receives zero leads in its first 60 days, the company earns one free month. It applies once per company. We review the account first and then apply the free month as a credit on the next renewal. Leads credited as bad don't count as leads.
Support promise
A real person answers every message. We reply the same day to messages received on a business day.
